Mickey's Tree House is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa located in Eagle Pointe, a sub-division that is just two and half miles south of Highway 192.  It was built by a premium quality construction company in 2000.  The original owner worked for the construction company which meant that many extras were added that are not available in other properties of a similar floor plan in Eagle Point.  The overall footprint of Mickey's tree House is also a few of feet wider than similar  "Kennedy" floor plans giving a larger Master Bedroom and Lounge.

The villa is between 6-8 miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World property and typically takes 10 minutes via the Osceola Parkway, depending whether the traffic lights on the Poinciana Blvd/192 Intersection are red or green.
